He whakataukī
Ma te rongo, ka mohio;
Ma te mohio, ka marama;
Ma te marama, ka matau;
Ma te matau, ka ora.
A proverb
From listening comes knowledge;
From knowledge comes understanding;
From understanding comes wisdom;
From wisdom comes well-being.
Therapy
Do you feel stuck or unsure of how things are going in your life? In therapy, I help you gain clarity, move towards transformation, and provide ongoing support along the way.
Supervision
As a practitioner with whakapapa Māori, I have a particular interest in providing guidance to other practitioners who may be working with Māori and need further support.
Training
I offer guidance to clinicians and professionals to improve their work with clients. My work explores relationships, attachment, trauma and therapeutic care, often with indigenous perspectives woven throughout.
Publications
In addition to my clinical practice, I am frequently featured in and contribute to academic articles in the field of indigenous therapy and therapeutic techniques.
